Proton Therapy
Proton Therapy (PT) is today the most advanced method to fight against several types of cancer. Moreover, proton accelerators are used for the production of radioactive isotopes for medical purposes. Since 2003 Cryoelectra supplies Solid State Amplifiers, LLRF Control Systems, and Diagnostic Systems for proton accelerators. The reliabilty of Cryoelectra's RF systems is well approved as single supplier for the Proton Therapy Cyclotrons of Varian Medical PT.
The outstanding performances are:
- max. reliability due to high redundancy concept,
- sophisticated control system allowing on-site teams
the easy operation of the systems,
- unbureaucratic customer support, remote
as well as on-site the PT clinics.
